The use of collaborative systems has increased rapidly in recent years. These systems are ubiquitous and connect people from diverse backgrounds in terms of age, geography and culture. This technological advancement has given many benefits to business, society and culture. However there exist a number of individuals and groups who behave in a way that impacts negatively on other users.
